With the battens in place, the weed fabric can be laid down; the idea is, of course, to put it under the battens, but since they are weighed down with stones, it was simply easier this way.

Then two ground anchors for stability against the roof that I hope to build later, and then the decking is done! So nice!

Didn't take many pictures during the process but here I am now! Definitely a bar-like shape! It went well with some help from friends so it feels promising right now!
